Governance, ethics, and transparency

Our governance standards protect donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and animals with transparency.

Accountability first

Every notebook purchased, ration bag distributed, and veterinary treatment is recorded in our Danapur register.

Official organizational guidelines

Standards governing our volunteers, donors, and field beneficiaries.

Financial Transparency and Fund Utilization

100% of public donations directly procure grains, stationery, medicines, blankets, and animal fodder. Core coordination costs are funded privately by founders. Donors may inspect purchase receipts and logs at our Danapur office.

Donation and In-Kind Contribution Policy

We welcome in-kind donations of sealed dry groceries, new textbooks, stationery, warm blankets, and animal medicines. Official physical or digital acknowledgement receipts are issued for every verified contribution.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

In case of accidental duplicate transfers or clerical errors, notify us within seven days of the transaction. Upon bank verification, our team initiates a prompt refund to the source account within 7 to 10 working days.

Privacy and Donor Data Protection

Shukli Devi Sewa Sansthan never sells, rents, or trades donor or volunteer contact details to third parties. Contact details are used exclusively for coordination, field updates, and relief alerts.

Beneficiary Dignity and Child Safeguarding

Recipients of food relief or shelter aid are treated with utmost courtesy. We reject demeaning poverty photography. Volunteers in community education programs undergo character verification.

Animal Welfare and Humane Rescue Code

Street animals are handled with kindness and non-violence. Emergency wound care, antiseptics, and vaccinations are conducted under the guidance of licensed local veterinary practitioners.
